Session description:  In order to provide successful support for those with complex Behavioral Health and/or Medical  needs, agencies need to be prepared. This webinar series will provide agency’s the tools to build their preparedness in the areas of DHHS and community resources, training, designing and implementing a comprehensive intake process for those with Behavioral Health and Medical complexities. 

Session objectives: 

  • Participants will become familiar with the resources available for individuals with complex needs, including an update on the State START project and State Crisis System. 
  • Participants will become familiar with strategies an agency can employ to be well-prepared to serve people with complex behavioral health and medical needs. 
  • Participants will gain awareness of a comprehensive intake process that includes a matching process for clients to program, planning for behavioral health and medical needs.
